TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By Using the ABP auto care website you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. 

 

1. General.

When you order items from ABP auto care you are entering into a contract, please take the time to read these terms and conditions which refer to the use of this website. By purchasing from ABP auto care.  You are agreeing with the terms of sale, if you do not agree with these conditions please do not use this website. 
The Customer should check product suitability before ordering.  The Customer must not buy, sell or use products if they are in any way uncertain.  .  Do not alter or change the products or sell, pass on or use in any way that the manufacturer has not specifically agreed to.  Do not infringe copyright.  If you are in any way unsure of your legal position, seek independent legal advice.

 

2. Delivery & Returns

 

Online Ordering:

We are currently shipping orders as Normal. We are now back to a full complement of staff, so service is now returning to normal and the Next day delivery option is available should you require any products urgently (mainland UK).

Customer Support:

Our general warehouse and shipping operations are currently not affected and we have implemented improved hygiene and strict distancing rules within the warehouse.

We aim to dispatch goods as soon as possible but it usually takes 1 day.

We will send Your order on a tracked 24 hour (depending on the value of order)

  • Dispatch next day

  • Shipping ( 2-3 Business Days ) by Royal Mail or Hermes courier

  • Personal collection ( Immediate after prior telephone contact )

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

If for any reason You wish to cancel Your Order with Us please send an e-mail to bplewa@abpautocare.co.uk. We can cancel the Order at any time so long as the Goods haven’t been dispatched.

If Your Order has been dispatched You can return the goods within 30 working days. The Goods must be returned in their perfect, unopened condition and sealed in their original packaging. The costs of returning Goods to Us will be met by You. When We receive the Goods We will authorize a refund. We will refund for the cost of the Goods only.

The Goods will remain Your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to Us. We strongly advise that you insure the Goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage. 

Damage in Transit/ Shortages/ Incorrect Items 

The Company will repair or replace free of charge goods damaged in transit provided that The Company receives written notification of such damage within three days of delivery. Goods received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition must be signed for as such. On receipt, goods should be checked with the advice note enclosed with the goods. Shortage/ Incorrect Item claims will only be considered if The Company receives written notification of such shortage within 24 Hours of delivery, failing which no liability will be admitted. The packing and contents should be retained for inspection.

3. Ordering From Us. 

 

The Customer will have deemed to place an order with the company by completing an online checkout.  At the checkout you will be allowed to check your order is correct with no errors.  Once the customer has completed the online checkout The Company will send a confirmation by email detailing your order. 

All goods are subject to availability. 

We can refuse your order if: 

  1. If the goods are out of stock and not available. 

  2. Payment for the goods is not authorized.

  3. If The Company believes the order is fraudulent. 

  4. If you have previously attempted to harm our reputation. 

  5. The Company believes that there are reasonable grounds for refusing an order. 

 

4. Prices.

All orders are accepted and quotations are given at prices offered when the order is accepted or the quotation given. The Company reserves the right to increase the prices offered at the date of dispatch. The Company reserves the right to increase prices in the event of increases in any directly attributable cost.  The Company reserves the right to amend prices to correct errors or omissions.

 

5. Transfer of Property.

 

The goods shall remain the property of the Company until the Company has received payment in full for the goods and the Customer will not pledge, charge or otherwise encumber the goods until the payment has been made in full.

 

6. Data Protection.

The Customer agrees that The Company may put its name and other details obtained from the order form into a computerized database for The Companies use and to enable The Company to provide the Service unless the Customer gives specific written instructions to the contrary.

Customer information is not shared nor used for purposes other than order fulfillment and ongoing product development. 

All Customer data is securely maintained.

 

8. Images.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colures of products may also appear different from those shown on the site. 

 

9. Warranty.

For items no electrical.

  1. For products that develop faults within 30 days of the purchase date please notify ABP auto care when a replacement will be offered.

  2. Faults that develop between 31 days and 12 months of purchase must be returned to ABP auto care for repair or replacement. The cost of returning items will be met by the sender.

  3. Items must be used fairly and for the purpose for which they are intended. Items that are damaged through misuse or incorrect storage will not be covered by warranty.

  4. Due to the nature of machine polishing, pads used for this purpose have a fault warranty of 3 months from the date of purchase.

  5. Pads must be used for the purpose for which they are designed and any faults arising from misuse are not covered by warranty.

  6. Fair use of pads includes:

  • Correct cleaning after use.

  • No use of spurs or spurring.

  • Constant contact with paint surface during the operation of the machine.

  • No over-application of polish compounds.

  • No overuse including correct replacement of pads in between jobs.
